Report A Damage Claim

DAMAGE CLAIMS

Unfortunately, accidents happen. Canadian Car Shipping is here to assist you in the unlikely but possible event that your vehicle is damaged while in transit. The first step is to alert our claims department within 24 hours of delivery. You don’t necessarily have to have all of the information to report, but we need to have a record that the damage was reported within those first 24 hours after delivery. You can report damage via email or phone, or you can fill out the Damage Claim Report Form.

Damage Claim Submission

If your vehicle has been damaged during transport, you must report the damage within 24 hours of delivery by filling out the following form. No damage claim will be started until this form is filled out. Please fill out as much information as possible to begin your claim. Once submitted, someone from our Claims department will reach out to you within 1-2 business days.

We will require at least 2 estimates for repair
