Report A Damage Claim

DAMAGE CLAIMS

Unfortunately, accidents happen. Canadian Car Shipping is here to assist you in the unlikely but possible event that your vehicle is damaged while in transit. The first step is to alert our claims department within 24 hours of delivery. You don’t necessarily have to have all of the information to report, but we need to have a record that the damage was reported within those first 24 hours after delivery. You can report damage via email  or phone, or you can fill out the Damage Claim Report Form.

Our claims department can be contacted by email. Hours of operation are 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday. Any emails sent outside of business hours will be responded to the following business day.
